Mr. Holley Chen

Born in 1972, Mr. Holley Chen holds a master's degree from Wuhan University of Technology, and EMBA from National University of Singapore. He used to work for China Auto Import and Export Corporation before he founded Shanghai Baolong Automotive Corporation in 1997. Holley now serves as Honorary Chairman of the company. He is also the Vice Chairman of the Association of Industry and Commerce of Songjiang District, Shanghai, and has been awarded many times by the local government due to his contribution to local economy development.

Mr. Charles Zhang

Born in 1973, Mr. Charles Zhang founded the company with Mr. Holley Chen in 1997. With a master's degree from Wuhan University of Technology, and EMBA from National University of Singapore, Charles is now the Chairman and President, responsible for the overall operation of the company. He has shown his talent in overseas mergers and acquisitions which have greatly enhanced the company’s business and competitiveness globally.
