On June 10, the 6th Quality and EHSS Cultural Activity was held in Ningguo Park of Baolong. The activity was hosted by the Operation Management Center, co-organized by the Ningguo Park Management Center, and was attended by Holley Chen, Honorary Chairman of Baolong, as well as 11 General Managers of the plants. This is the first time the event has been streamed on the Company's WeChat Channel.
The theme of this Activity is "Zero Defect" in quality and "Ensure Production Safety to Embrace a Blue Sky and Live a Happy Life" in EHSS. The event comprises seven activities, including performances themed "Shared Concerns for Safety and Emergency Response", a defect-finding game called "Eagle Eyes", a knowledge competition on PPE configuration named "Work, Health, and Harmony", an annual advanced dual-carbon project sharing session titled "Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction for a Better Future", an experience sharing session by outstanding teams in the production contest, a competition for inspectors, and a fun game on solid waste classification. Each activity received comments from the guests.
The on-site events commenced with the "Emergency Drill for Hazardous Waste Leakage" by the Longgan team. Later, the Ningguo team's sketch "Safety Measures", the Songjiang team's "Hilarious Adventure" and the Hefei team's "Moment of Life and Death in the Sewage Pool" presented us with vivid and intriguing lessons on safety.
In the "Eagle Eyes" defect-finding section, on-site representatives from each factory competed to provide quick answers and conducted live analyses and explanations of defective parts. In the form of live Q&As, the host and the audience have had interesting interactions.
The "Work, Health, and Harmony" PPE configuration knowledge competition showcased the importance of PPE configuration through a competitive Q&A session. Through active engagement with the audience, the activity created an even more enjoyable experience for everyone involved.
The "Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction for a Better Future" annual advanced dual-carbon project sharing session featured a presentation by Li Hongsheng from AMT plant. He provided an overview of energy-saving measures and shared a case study on energy conservation in the air compressor system, which sparked strong interest among the audience.
Winning teams of the production contest shared their expertise and techniques. Specifically, Li Long from IDS plant presented his experience in enhancing efficiency.
The competition for inspectors provided a lively and interesting presentation of inspection knowledge through a combination of quizzes and fun games.
Through engaging in the interesting game of solid waste classification, everyone had the opportunity to gain a visual understanding of various types of solid waste in a fun and interactive manner. Additionally, the game highlighted the importance of correct waste classification.
At the end of the event, Holley Chen, Honorary Chairman of Baolong, elaborated on Baolong's corporate culture and values, and emphasized the importance of consistency between words and deeds and the unity of knowing and doing, encouraging everyone to value their life and seek personal fulfillment. He also pointed out that "Zero Defect" is the primary objective of Quality and EHSS Cultural Activity. He urged all staff to perform their duties with integrity, deliver products of the highest quality, do the right thing in the right way, adhere to the SOP, follow scientific methods, rely on facts, speak with statistics, and embody the corporate culture in quality and EHSS management.
