BH SENS introduces Universal Sensor for passenger car vehicles at 2019 Automechanika Shanghai

BH SENS, a leading provider of original equipment (OE) and independent aftermarket (IAM) TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) solutions, are featuring their extensive range of automotive TPMS products at the Automechanika Shanghai Show from December 3-6^th.

Highlighted in the exhibit will be BH SENS’s Universal Sensor (UVS) for passenger car, specifically developed for aftermarket use. The BH SENS UVS Sensor is available in four valve variants and two frequencies (315 MHz and 433 Mhz). This programmable sensor, which boasts a best in class 95+% coverage on all TPMS equipped passenger cars globally, will not only reduce overall SKU counts for repair shops, it will also ensure a quick service time when the vehicle is in the workshop.

A large number of protocols are stored in a BH SENS UVS Sensor. They are programmed at the point of installation, using a TPMS diagnostic tool. This process only takes a few seconds.

With the latest update function the new BH SENS UVS Sensor is future proofed, allowing the sensor to have additional protocols added after purchase. The BH SENS UVS Sensor can be fitted faster than any other sensor, with both repair shops and drivers benefiting.

The BH SENS UVS Sensor was nominated for the German Design Award 2016. The award, which is issued by “Rat für Formgebung”, is one of the most prestigious engineering design awards, worldwide. The award’s objective is to discover, present and honor unique design trends.
