We have established a three-tier internal control management system of “decision-making, supervision, and execution”, and formed a risk management mechanism with clear responsibility attribution and high operational efficiency. We formulate and implement the Special Development Process for Compliance, and will gradually achieve closed-loop management through “identification, assessment, control, and optimization” in key areas, providing institutional guarantees for stable operation of the company and long-term value creation.
Focusing on key areas like securities and data compliance, we regularly conduct risk matrix assessments and process walk-through tests. We incorporate internal control evaluation results into performance assessments, and combine them with board performance evaluations to strengthen responsibility attribution and results-oriented principle. At the same time, we continuously optimize systems and processes, promote the digitalization and systematic development of compliance management, and enhance risk prevention capabilities and governance resilience.
By establishing a board-led anti-fraud framework, and formulating the Anti-Fraud Management System and the Whistleblowing and Complaint Handling Process, we hold a “zero tolerance” attitude towards corruption, bribery, fraud, etc., and implement the whole process control mechanism of “acceptance, filing, investigation, judgement, and announcement”.
We provide independent reporting channels (through official website/telephone/emails/letters) and implement a triple encryption protection system for whistleblowers. All staff of sensitive positions sign the Integrity and Self-discipline Commitment, and suppliers sign integrity clauses before cooperation. And we conduct anti-fraud training regularly.
