1 Labor and Human Rights

We adopt the “people-oriented and inclusive” concept, advocate the corporate culture of “responsible, enterprising, and sharing”, and regard labor interests and human rights as the cornerstone of sustainable development. The company strictly complies with the Labor Law, the Labor Contract Law, and the Provisions on the Prohibition of Child Labor, etc., targeting international social responsibility standards, and has built a labor rights protection system to share benefits with staff.

 

1)Prohibition of Child Labor

• Absolute prohibition: We clearly oppose and prohibit any form of child labor, and have established a strict age indentification and recruitment review mechanism.

• Honest recruitment: We insist on truthful disclosure, strictly prohibit dishonest recruitment behaviors such as hiding or misrepresenting information, and ensure that all employment information is true and accurate.

 

2)Prohibition of Forced Labor

• Protection of individual freedom: We respect individual freedom, strictly prohibiting any form of forced labor, such as withholding ID documents, forced recruitment, or forced labor.

• Resignation freedom: Employees have the right to resign according to local labor laws, and are not subject to any threats or restrictions beyond local laws and regulations.

 

3)Democratic Management

• Democratic management system: We have established and will constantly improve the democratic management system based on the staff representative conference to ensure employees' rights of democratic decision-making and supervision.

• Multiple communication channels: In addition to regular communication through phone, email, and Lark, the labor union carries out various communication and exchange activities (for example, meetings between senior executives and employees) to efficiently respond to employee demands.

• Collective negotiation mechanism: We hold regular staff representative meetings to negotiate on topics including salary, work environment, health, safety, and anti-discrimination.

• Diversity and inclusion: We respect employees' cultural diversity, prohibiting discrimination and harassment resulted from race, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, health, nationality, etc. to achieve work equality.

 

5)Respect Personality

• Protection of personal dignity: We respect the basic human rights of employees, prohibiting any behavior that insults personal dignity, and create a work atmosphere of mutual trust and respect.

 

6)Working Hours

• Legal and compliant: We arrange production plans reasonably to ensure working hours comply with legal standards, and protect employees' rights to rest and take vacation.

 

7)Remunerations and Benefits

• A fair remunerations system: we have built a fair and competitive remunerations and incentive system consisting of basic salary, performance bonus, year-end bonus, special reward, equity incentives, and other variable pay, which are not lower than the local minimum wage.

• Benefits: We provide all employees with the statutory social insurances and housing fund; offer diverse benefits such as holiday gifts, physical examination per year, travel, department activities, and cultural and sports activities.

• Special care: For female staff during pregnancy and maternity, we protect their legal rights by avoiding night shifts, reducing work intensity, and providing maternity allowances.

2 Health and Safety

Strictly complying with the Law on Production Safety and Law on Prevention and Control of Occupational Disease, we commit to providing a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, guaranteeing the occupational health and life safety of all employees, and continuously improving the performance of occupational health management.

 

1)Management System

• Authoritative certification: our production subsidiaries have obtained ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification.

• Organizational structure: Have established a three-level organizational structure led by the ESG management committee, supervised by a special department, and fully implemented by all team members. The general manager serves as the Director of the ESG management committee, a special health and safety management department is established, and part-time safety officers are designated for each workshop team.

 

2)Risk Management and Control

We implement whole process and full-cycle closed-loop risk management:

• Chemical management: We strictly implement the full-lifecycle management system for chemicals, and standardize procurement, storage, use, transfer, and disposal of chemicals.

• Special equipment and operations: have established a full-cycle account management system for each piece of special equipment, ensure all operators are certified, and conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance.

• Occupational health protection: conduct pre-job, on-job, and post-job occupational health examinations for employees, and keep health record individually; carry out regular monitoring and control of workplaces with occupational disease risks.

 

3)Training

• Safety training: The company, workshop, and shift team conduct pre-job safety training for new employees, and they can only start work after passing the training.

• Safety culture development: We regularly carry out themed activities like safety knowledge sharing; we provide psychological support and free consultation for our employees to care for their mental health.

 

4)Emergency Response

• Improve the contingency plan system: We have formulated special emergency plans addressing accidents such as fire, leakage, electric shock, and mechanical injury.

• Practices and drills: Perform at least one emergency drill each year to improve response and rescue capabilities.

• Rapid response: Strictly implement the accident reporting mechanism; for casualties, report to the government authority within half an hour, and initiate an investigation within 24 hours.

• Closed-loop management of incidents: All safety incidents are subject to closed-loop management consisting of root cause analysis, corrective & preventive actions, and verification & closure.
