We integrate sustainable development into our supply chain management system, striving to work with partners to create a three-in-one sustainable ecosystem composed of “ethic chain, green chain, and responsibility chain”. We include sustainability performance into supplier selection, performance evaluation, and tiered management mechanism, require all of our production related suppliers to sign the Procurement Code to commit to sustainable development and integrity, and monitor their actual performance of sustainability and integrity during key stages like supplier nomination and performance evaluation. Besides, we conduct supplier sustainability training regularly for overall improvement.

1. Labor Rights and Human Rights Protection​

Recruitment compliance: We have established an ethical recruitment mechanism, strictly prohibiting improper practices such as withholding employees' ID documents and false recruitment; child labor and any form of forced labor are strictly forbidden.

Wages and working hours: We ensure that wages are not below the legal standards, and working hours and vacation are reasonably arranged.

Equality and respect: We provide a work environment free from discrimination and harassment, and respect employees' freedom of association and collective bargaining rights.

Care for special groups: We provide necessary protection for female staff during pregnancy (no night shifts, reducing work intensity, ensuring maternity leave benefits, etc.), and respect the cultural traditions of ethnic minorities and indigenous people.

Safety and health: We offer a safe and clean work environment, and have established and will continuously improve the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

2. Business Ethics and Compliant Operations​

Integrity and transparency: We adopt a zero-tolerance anti-corruption policy, strictly prohibiting bribery, kickbacks, and other improper benefits; we ensure all transaction records are truthful and complete.

Fair competition: We strictly comply with antitrust laws and regulations; we don’t infringe business secrets or exchange sensitive information with competitors.

Conflict of interest: We avoid situations where individual interests affect the fairness of company decisions and business operation.

Intellectual property protection: We respect the intellectual property rights of others and safeguard customer information security.

Privacy protection: We keep the personal data of employees, suppliers, and customers strictly confidential, and avoid disclosure.

3. Environment Protection and Green Operation​

Compliance certification: Obtain and maintain environmental-related permits in accordance with the law and regulations, and regularly report environmental performance.

Pollution prevention and control: Reduce wastewater, exhaust gas, solid waste, and noise emissions from the source, and regularly monitor the operation of treatment systems; strengthen the safety management of chemicals and hazardous substances; strictly comply with regulations related to soil pollution prevention.

Resources conservation: Implement energy-saving and consumption-reduction measures, improve material recycling, and reduce natural resources consumption.

Greenhouse gas management: Systematically record energy consumption and carbon emission data, and actively carry out decarbonization actions.

Ecological protection: Protect biodiversity, ensure factory construction complies with logging regulations, and implement ecological compensation mechanisms.

4. Supply Chain Management

Conflict minerals control: We ensure that our products don’t involve minerals such as tungsten, tin, tantalum, and gold from high-risk areas.

Procurement transparency: We provide customers with the due diligence results on the minerals sources.

Subcontractor management: The suppliers shall report promptly to us about their cooperation relationships with subcontractors to ensure their compliance with this code.
