Baolong divides the positions into two types: management direction and professional direction. The professional direction includes positions of R&D and technology, business, project management, manufacturing, function, operation, etc, and each kind of position has different ranks. For management direction, the ability required by each management level is clarified. For professional direction, we advocate the craftsman spirit. We set up ranks ranging from level 3 to level 8, and corresponding qualification standards for each rank of each position, propose specific requirements for actions and ability, and let employees actively improve themselves according to the requirements.
