On Nov. 17, the government of Songjiang District held a conference on the promotion of intelligent factories building, at which a Three-year (2023-2025) Action Plan was released and a list of twenty intelligent factories was announced. Baolong and two of its subsidiaries--Wenxiang Automotive Sensors and Baolong Huf Shanghai were on the list.  

Based on advanced technology of sensing, network, automation, big data, etc., Baolong and Wenxiang Automotive Sensors have built intelligent factories for manufacturing automotive sensors. With production lines of self-developed software control system and hardware control equipment, workshop intelligent control system as the hub, and multi-dimensional fusion of computer-aided design, product data management, enterprise resource planning, and manufacturing execution system, the factories realize optimized integration of designing, processing, management, manufacturing, and logistics, which has improved the level of resource allocation, operation automation, and refined management of production.

Baolong Huf Shanghai innovates in application mode such as network collaboration and intelligent production through industrial internet, which has realized intelligentization of the production and manufacturing process based on on-site data integration, promoted high integration of advanced sensing, controlling, detecting and processing equipment with production management software, and ensured the intelligence, precision, and flexibility of the production process.
      The intelligence building of the factories of Baolong has greatly improved the production efficiency, work-in-process turnover rate, and power utilization rate while reduced the inventory slack rate, and achieved digital carbon reduction and energy conservation.
