Baolong ranked among “The Pioneers of Chinese Automotive Suppliers Entering Overseas Market" at the summit forum hosted by Apsoto on May 18, 2023. Horace Chen, Vice President of Baolong, attended the meeting and accepted the honor on behalf of the company.

As a Chinese automotive parts supplier, Baolong has been at the forefront of going abroad. Through establishing overseas subsidiaries, and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, the company now has 17 factories, 10 R&D centers and 13 sales branches globally, among which there’re 5 factories, 5 R&D centers and 8 sales branches overseas.

In the practice of international operation, Baolong has implemented cross-national integration of information system, brands, and channels, shared managing experience and technology, and sought better R&D and manufacturing layout globally.

At the forum, Horace shared Baolong’s experiences in achieving cost reduction structurally in the new era of automotive supply chains, and also the company’s history of international operation.

This summit forum is held in the context that the Chinese NEV market is developing rapidly, the market share of local brands is increasing, more and more Chinese automakers are expanding globally, and the influence of Chinese suppliers is increasing significantly, as they play an important role in the global automotive supply chains.
