Recently, Baohang Automotive, a joint venture by Baolong and Chuhang Technology, has mass-produced corner radar developed for VF model of VinFast (a Vietnamese automaker). It will supply 200,000 pieces of corner radar during its life cycle for one model of VF series and prospectively supply to all models of VF series soon.

This cooperation with VinFast was nominated in 2022. After one year’s development, the technology, function and quality of corner radar is highly recognized by VinFast. The product has passed ASEAN NCAP (New Car Assessment Program for Southeast Asian Countries) with the highest level of five-star.

The corner radar developed by Baohang Automotive is highly integrated in that with one piece of radar, multi-functions including BSD, LCA, RCTA and DOW are realized. Thanks to the single-chip solution, automated calibration, adaptive installation of left and right radar, and cost-effective design, the product is featured by small size, light weight and low power consumption.

This cooperation with VinFast is the first time that Baolong ADAS products supply to overseas market, and is a milestone on its way to intelligence.
