Baolong air suspension controller (ECU) has gone online recently in Hefei factory.

As the core component of air suspension system for passenger vehicles, the controller gives commands and the corresponding parts execute the commands, so that the functions of the air suspension system can be realized. The air suspension system will improve comfort, energy effectiveness, trafficability, convenience and maneuverability of the vehicle.

Baolong air suspension controller is equipped with a 32-bit high performance processor, six-axis IMU and highly-precise proportional and on/off solenoid valve. The product is based on complete AUTOSAR, and supports OTA remote software upgrading, A/B backup, and cyber security (R155/R156), and achieves ISO26262 ASIL-B. The project has achieved Automotive SPICE Capability Level 2. Product technology is leading in China.

Baolong has built two automated and intelligent production lines which are leading domestically for the production of air suspension controllers in Hefei factory.
