Baolong signed a strategic cooperation agreement and an invest agreement with Bebest (Shanghai) Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Bebest”) at the former’s headquarter. Mr. Frank Yin, Vice President of Baolong and Mr. Xiaohui Liu, Chairman of Bebest signed the agreements on behalf of the two parties. Mr. Donald Li (Deputy GM of ECAS BU) and Mr. Leon Zhang (GM of Integrated Systems Division, ECAS BU) from Baolong and Mr. Zejin Xie, Deputy GM of Bebest attended the ceremony.

According to the strategic cooperation agreement, Baolong and Bebest will cooperate closely on intelligent chassis, giving full play to each other’s advantages, to promote intelligence and integration of chassis and accelerate the realization of homemade core components of intelligent chassis.

The signing of Baolong’s investment into Bebest marks a further step in the partnership, in which both parties will make use of their business advantages in their own fields, share resources and channels, and cooperate in a wider range.
