Baolong celebrated its official opening of phase 2 plant of Hefei manufacturing campus and SOP of ASU project on the morning of May 20th in Hefei, Anhui Province.  

Phase 2 plant of Hefei manufacturing campus is mainly for the production of core components of air suspension. The company has got several important nominations of air suspension since early 2024. The official operation of the new plant and relevant production lines will strongly support the increasing demands of air suspension products.

The SOP of ASU marks a more comprehensive layout in air suspension. At present, Baolong has mass-produced air spring assembly, air reservoirs, air supply units, suspension controllers, height sensors, accelerator sensors, etc., and developed rubber formula, software algorithms, etc. in house. The company has gained competitive advantages thanks to its wide spectrum of mass-produced products, high rate of self-manufactured components, flexible business model and global operation structure.
