On the morning of October 28th, the opening ceremony of Weifu Baolong (Nanjing) Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Weifu and Baolong (hereinafter referred to as "Weifu Baolong"), was grandly held in Jiangbei New District, Nanjing.  

Mr. Charles Zhang, Chairman & President of Baolong, and Mr. Zhenyuan Yin, Chairman of Weifu, unveiled the plaque for the new company. Guests jointly participated in the ribbon-cutting to mark the company's opening. After the ceremony, government officials, client representatives, senior executives from Baolong and Weifu, and executives of the joint venture took a group photo. And the guests also visited the manufacturing workshop and laboratory to get to know the company's equipment, processes, R&D capabilities, and products.

The new company is the result of strong collaboration between Baolong and Weifu. The JV was established only five months after the two parties signed the agreement on May 20th. Integrating Baolong 's technical expertise and market channels in intelligent suspension systems with Weifu’s advantages in R&D and manufacturing of core automotive components such as motor pump units, the JV will focus on motor pump units for active suspension systems, and provide OEMs with premium products to promote the wide application of active suspension systems in vehicles.

In the future, Weifu Baolong will innovate in technical development, and pursue excellence in production to become a leader in the field of active suspension systems.
