Before the launch of this product, the pressure monitoring response time of commercially available tire pressure sensors was generally ranging from 4 to 30 seconds, which cannot meet the monitoring requirements for tire bursts. Baolong's blowout monitoring tire pressure sensor breaks through in multiple technical areas, including bench analog simulation, endurance testing, operational power optimization, elimination of conflicts in automatic positioning algorithms, and resolution of transmission conflicts. Without affecting the product's service life, the sampling time is reduced to milliseconds. And the technology allows the system to accurately identify tire burst conditions based on air pressure changes after a burst and transmit the information in real time to the vehicle control system, assisting the vehicle in promptly executing safety control commands. The product's overall performance and functional safety performance are globally leading.

With its global market share rapidly increasing, Baolong supplied 64 million transmitters in 2024, ranking second worldwide and first in China.
