Baolong’s manufacturing campus in Thailand officially started production on March 27th. Located in Wencost Industrial Park, Takhan Town, Bang Pakong County, Chachoengsao Province, the facility is dedicated to the manufacturing of automotive rubber valves and metal valves. Mr. Charles Zhang, Chairman of Baolong, and Mr. Pravuth Chancharoen, Chairman of the JV visited the facility together, and witnessed the efficient transition of this campus from groundbreaking to mass production. They highly praised the project team's efficient work and emphasized that the successful launch of the Thai facility marked an important milestone in building a global and resilient supply chain, which will improve the stability of supplying to global customers. Their visit not only gave a clear guidance for the subsequent operations of the Thai factory but also boosted the team morale.

“Against the backdrop of global industrial chain restruction, the opening of Thailand campus is not merely an expansion of capacity, but a key move for Baolong to enhance the supply chain resilience”, mentioned by Mr. Zhang. The campus in Thailand will coordinate with Baolong’s global manufacturing network, effectively avoiding the risk of relying on a single production location, and build a global supply system that is wider in coverage, faster in response, and more resilient, providing delivery stability to global customers.

Mr. Zhang and Mr. Chancharoen visited the workshop to get to know the detailed production line layout, production processes, and the mass production status of the first-phase project. The team has completed the factory construction, equipment commissioning, and production ramp-up in a short time. Mr. Zhang thought that’s very impressive, and expressed his high recognition of the team’s problem-solving ability and efficient collaboration.

As an important part of Baolong’ global layout, the Thai campus will constantly deepen its presence in regional market with benchmark-level manufacturing capacity and supply chain services, to let Baolong gain advantages in global competition, and create long-term value for customers.
